TORTILLA RANCH STYLE
Ingredients:
1 cup assorted vegetables, thinly shredded (carrots, celery, zucchini, green onions, spinach, sweet red peppers) 1 large flour tortilla 2 tablespoons reduced calorie ranch dressing 1 ounce Swiss cheese 1 ounce turkey sliced
Instructions:
Layer vegetables on tortilla. Sprinkle dressing over vegetables. Add Swiss cheese and turkey. Roll up. Eat cold or microwave briefly.
